EIB Network visits Amakye Dede at Korle Bu

The management of Excellence in Broadcasting (EIB) Network – owners of Starr 103.5 FM – paid a visit to injured high life legend Amakye Dede.

The delegation led by the CEO of the media conglomerate Nathan Kwabena Anokyi Adisi aka Bola Ray wished the ‘Iron Boy’ a speedy recovery.

The high life great was involved in a fatal accident on New Year in the Eastern region on his way to perform. He lost his manager and journalist Isaac Yeboah while his bodyguard Prince Mensah sustained severe injury.

The highlife maestro expressed his gratitude to the EIB Network who also owns Kasapa FM, Live FM, Empire FM, Ultimate FM, GHOne TV, Agoo FM, and the Heritage newspaper.

EIB Network gave him an undisclosed amount for his upkeep and some fruits to help him recuperate quickly.

Amakye Dede described the accident as shocking and said he was grateful to God for his life.

President John Dramani Mahama personally visited him at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital and encouraged him to be strong.
