VIASAT1 Is Now On GOtv GHANA

Household name and Ghana’s number one entertainer, Viasat 1 is now on GOtv. Launching on the 23rd April, Viasat1 joins a lineup of channels that have given GOtv subscribers thrills, chills and spills with international movies, series, music as well as local productions and content.

A newcomer into Ghana’s television market, GOtv’s January arrival into Ghana has brought subscribers programming that is vast in quantity and entrenched in quality. Managing Director of GOtv Ghana Limited, Cecil Sunkwa-Mills, says that the arrival of Viasat1 is another example of GOtv’s growth and fruitful ambitions in the country.

The channel also has rights to award-winning Hollywood TV series such as the CSI franchises, Grey’s Anatomy, America’s Next Top Model and just recently, NCIS Los Angeles. Sports analysis programmes Sports Xtra and Football 360 also serve viewers the best of sporting news and discussions.

Another Viasat1 hallmark is the Latin-American telenovela genre which has been a big hit with viewers.

Viasat1 will be available on GOtv from the 23rdApril, on channel 93.
