Adom Praiz will bring the peace we want – Bishop Agyinasare

General Overseer of Perez Chapel International, Bishop Charles Agyinasare said Adom Praiz with Kirk Franklin presents an opportunity for Ghanaians to thank God for the peace “we are all praying and hoping for in the aftermath of the Supreme Court verdict on the Presidential Election Petition.”

Speaking to Adom News from his office, he stated that “the prophecies about possible civil war after the Supreme Court’s verdict are only a revelation of what the enemy intended for this country.

But we have prayed for peace and as we expect that peace, it is proper for all of us to gather at Adom Praiz on August 3, 2013 at the Perez Dome and thank God for the peace we have prayed for.”

He recalled that those who prophesied about the possible violence after the Supreme Court verdict, also said prayer can stop any calamity, and Ghanaians have prayed so it is time to now thank God for answered prayer even before the answer manifests, and Adom Praiz is a big opportunity for that.

“Praises make God rise up on behalf of his people and the Bible says ‘let God arise and his enemies be scattered’ so if we want God to rise up on our behalf and scatter our enemies our best bet is to praise him and Adom Praiz presents us with that opportunity as a nation,” he said.

Bishop Agyinasare noted that the organizers of Adom Praiz (Adom FM) chose the right gospel music minister for the kind of praises that Ghanaians needed to give to God in such a time as this, saying that Kirk Franklin is not a mere gospel musician, but the anointed kind who ministers for things to happen.

“Kirk Franklin does not just sing – he is anointed and signs and wonders follow his ministrations – he is the type that sings about our everyday life and the challenges we face – he sings about our struggle with sin because he had lived a sinful life before and God delivered him so he gives hope to people that God can deliver them from the power of sin and from life’s challenges,” he said.

The Bishop is therefore urging all Ghanaian, from the President to the least person, to come to Adom Praiz with their burdens, sicknesses and troubles and expect the visitation of God as Kirk Franklin and the supporting ministers like Cwesi Oteng, Ohemaa Mercy, Cecilia Marfo and No Tribe minister in songs.

Touching on the preparedness of the Perez Dome to receive the thousands of Ghanaians poised to troupe to Adom Praiz, he said “the Perez Dome is fortified with the best shocks to hold over 14,000 people jumping and dancing to the glory of God. “

He said the Perez Dome was the work of two of Ghana’s top architects who have experience in constructing bigger buildings in parts of Africa, and also making contributions to the re-construction of the Accra Sports Stadium, so Ghanaians could expect the best of safety and comfort in the Perez Dome.

Bishop Agyinasare said the Perez Dome had held over 15,000 people before so he could promise that it would hold over 14,000 audience seated comfortably with each person having a clear view of the stage, no matter how far they sat from the stage.

“I can assure you that on August 3, 2013 at the Perez Dome the heavens will kiss the earth as Ghanaians gather to live up unadulterated praise and worship to God at the Adom Praiz celebration with Kirk Franklin,” he said.
