IT’S AN OFFENCE FOR SHATTA WALE TO PERFORM SAMINI’S MUSIC

Lawyer John Benson in an interview on Pluzz fm with Sammy flex has confirmed that it’s an offence for Shatta Wale to sing songs of another artiste without their consent on a commercial stage.

Shatta Wale was at the UK DANCEHALL CLASH and at the event he performed Samini’s first hit song ‘Linda’. At the just ended TIGO MUSIC UNPLUGGED at the Accra sports stadium, Shatta Wale performed Samini’s ‘Gyai shi’.

We all know the rivalry between these two artistes and the kind of insults Shatta Wale has hurled at his counterpart. It came as a surprise and a shock to most people when he admitted that he liked those songs and that he bore Samini no grudges. He might not be ready to admit his faults but has a queer way of showing it.
According to management of Shatta Wale, they didn’t think it’s an offence to sing songs of Samini but did that out of love and the respect for Samini. Ghana showbiz.com tried getting in touch with Samini’s management but wasn’t successful but we will get their side of the story.
