Lord Kenya To Preach At Ashaiman

Information reaching the news desk of the Daily Guide is that, the sensational rapper and music icon lord Kenya who has now turned pastor is scheduled to preach to the youth of Ashaiman in a crusade organized by the City Niaoth Ministries International located at Ashaiman Labanon.

The 14 days programme which is scheduled to take place on the 19 th 0f this month is meant to enlighten the youth of Ashaiman about the ways of God which at the end might help reduce social vices in the town.

The former rapper who will be on the crusade platform for four consecutive days, in an interview indicated that he has no  special reason for preaching to the youth of Ashaiman as his calling into Christ is meant to benefit the whole world.

He considers the programme as an opportunity for the youth of Ashaiman to get closer to God.

The host, Bishop Emmanuel Albert Decker emphasized that the programme will help bring back Christians whose love for the Almighty God has waxed cold.

According to him considering the level at which delinquency and social vices are on the rise in the country today there is the need to give Christianity a push as the laws in the constitution seem not be deterring the youth from committing various crimes.

The Bishop said, as Ashaiman is portrayed as one of the notorious towns in the country, organizing the programme there will not only give the youth entertainment but probably a change of heart.

He said the youth will get the opportunity to listen to the life story of the now evangelist Lord Kenya who use to be a delinquent and a role model for some of the youth.
