Tupac and Nate Dogg Set to Perform at Coachella Festival?

The late G-funk crooner Nate Dogg and rapper extraordinaire Tupac Shakur are reportedly slated to perform at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival this weekend, the three day annual music festival held in Indio, California.

During a Dr. Dre performance, Tupac and Nate will appear on the stage via holographic technology that will project their images live and in tip-top form, reports Entertainment Weekly.

Nate Dogg, whose actual name was Nathaniel Hale, passed away in March of last year from multiple strokes complications.  He was only 42-years-pld.

Tupac Shakur was only 25 when he was brutally gunned down while riding in a car on the Las Vegas strip on September 13, 1996.  The murderer(s) still remain at large.

Reportedly, Dre wanted his fallen homies to appear at the festival on Sunday alongside Dogg Pound members Snoop Dogg, Warren G. and Kurupt. Last year, the technology made headlines when a hologram incarnation of songstress Mariah Carey appeared across five countries simultaneously for a Christmas show concert.

Coachella will be streamed via YouTube so you can check out the illusion for yourselves.  If you want more info about the event go to www.coachella.com.
