Video: Caught red-handed, Ghanaian policeman extorting money from driver and passengers

There was nothing wrong with the vehicle, neither was there anything wrong with the drivers license, the registration numbers and all the other documents, but the norm and culture for these men in the dark blue and black uniforms on our street is to extort money from commuters. This is the ugly and bitter reality of corruption in Ghana today. The video, although hilarious , shows a problem in Ghana that seems to have no solution-corruption. check out the video below.
