Vodafone Icons: Black N Peach saved for their great stage presence

Having a great stage presence and performing as a team could be factors that can save any of the groups in the Vodafone Icons, Mixed Edition competition.

This was the case with Black N Peach in last Sunday’s show, when the group, together with Ruff Road found themselves in the bottom two, much to the amazement of the judges.

In the end, the judges saved Black N Peach as a result of their great stage presence and team work.

According to Miss Naa, one of the judges, Black N Peach ‘has more presence on stage and I like their vocals better. That’s why I voted to save Black N Peach.

Gena West, another judge, added that ‘I am disappointed with the way Ghana voted because I feel Black N Peach has been awesome from the first week. Although, I was not expecting Ruff Road and Black N Peach to be in the bottom two, Ghana has decided and we can only save one group’.

The judges however encouraged Ruff Road, the first group to taste eviction, not to give up on their musical dreams.

With the competition getting fierce by the day, the public are encouraged to vote for their favourite groups by texting the groups’ name to short code 1738. The highest texter at the end of Vodafone Icons, Mixed Edition will win a Kia Rio, kind courtesy Rana Motors.
