Award winners of 2018 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) received their cash prizes at the DSTV office in Abelenkpe on Tuesday, June 5.

The Artist of the year, late Ebony Reigns and lifetime achievement of the year which was awarded to a member of Wulomei group Naa Amanua Dodoo picked up 10,000ghc each and other winners received a GH¢3,000.00 cheque each.

The late Ebony’s cheque was presented to Bullet, manager of Ruff Town Records who in turn handed the money over to Ebony’s father.

Kuami Eugene received a DSTV decorder aside his Gh¢3,000 as part of his prize package for winning the “Best New Artiste of the Year” award.
