Do you need a push?

There is a common saying that “sharing is caring”, since I have the opportunity to share information over this medium. I believe the email below sent to me by a friend is worth sharing with you too. Your continuous support by visiting this website is the reason I feel motivate each day to report daily events from Motherland Ghana.

How are you doing today?

I wanted to take a moment to see how you are doing and make sure you were still on the right path.

I know oftentimes it can be stressful and even aggravating trying to make something
new work for you. Especially when you have so many other distractions – on & offline.

But I’m here to tell you it DOES NOT have to be as maddening as most people
lead you to believe.

If you can take a moment to just think about where you are in your life and where
you want to go – that’s the first and most important step.

The next step is to focus on that one thing, that one idea that will begin to get you
out of the rat race once and for all.

You must learn how to control your fear. Fear of going broke, fear of being stuck in the same place you were in before, fear of doing the same thing over and over again!

And if you can discover how to condition yourself to control your emotions to work FOR you instead of against you; you’re more than halfway there and everything else will fall into place.

I’m going to leave you with a quote from one of my favorite writers:

“Everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing
themselves.” ~Leo Tolstoy

Think about that… and if you need anything in the meantime, please do not hesitate to write.

Here’s wishing you a wonderful day and just know that change IS possible – if you let it happen.

All my best,
-Emily

ps. Happy Sunday, enjoy your day of rest!! 😉
