Hiplife legend Tic, formerly known as Tic Tac has announced the date and venue for his much anticipated concert.

Dubbed ‘IamTiC Concert’ will come off on the 21st of December this year.

The event will kick-start at 7pm inside the Bukom Boxing Arena in Accra.

He made this known through a tweet where he expressed his happiness at the oncoming concert.

Tic terms this as more of sharing his true-life story than a mere concert.

He is therefore calling out to all and sundry, both new and old lovers of his music, to come support him and make this event a success.

Tickets are selling at a cool 20ghc regular and 50ghc VIP.

The ‘Philomina’ hitmaker has since the days thrilled Ghanaians to several timeless pieces.

He however keeps proving to be resilient and evolutionary with the release of several singles.

The award-winning artiste recently released part 2 to Kwani Kwani his previous hit track which features Kuami Eugene.

I Now Sell Pork And Pizza – Tic Tac

A few musicians have so far come out to publicly ‘confess’ that music is no longer paying.

Hence there’s the need to be smart and venture into a business to sustain one’s source of livelihood.

A few have already set the record straight by combining music with other businesses.

Samini has ventured into onion plantation, Hammer and Bandex are into bread, D-Black owns a night club and the list goes on.

The newest to add to the family is hiplife artiste Tic, formerly Tic Tac, who is now into Pork and pizza business.

In an interview on eTV Ghana’s Late Nite Celebrity show, Tic revealed that he has ventured into the food business, shifting from the nightclub business.

“I’ve shifted from the nightclub business, I’m now into food business. I sell food, I sell pizza, I sell chicken hot wings, I sell bongo pork and bongo goat, he said.

Tic further reveals that he ventured into this business during his break from music.

“You can’t do this for 25 years and still be in people’s faces, a lot can happen to get you down. When that happens, I take music off and do something else to get money into my pocket,” he added.

Ikon Baby succeeds Tic Tac: Storms out of radio studio during live interview

One of Ghana’s fast rising artistes, Frederick Kanto Hanson better known as Ikon Baby on Friday night stormed out of the studios of Assin Fosu-based radio station, Nkwa FM during live interview.

The cause of the unfortunate incidence as gathered by Nanaapomuden.blogspot.com, was that Ikon Baby was a guest on the show together with other talented rappers: Mr One; Nidos and Reggae Bwoy for a rap battle.

As a tradition, the presenter gave the three other artistes some hype through airplay, but left Ikon Baby in a lurch when he expected the presenter to give him same treatment.

The disappointed rapper was still waiting patiently with the hope that his songs would be released but to no avail. He then got pissed off when the presenter, DJ Gavena chose to promote Wizkid’s song in the course of the programme instead of Ikon Baby’s.

The action of the DJ compelled him to walk out of the studio because he felt embarrassed and discriminated against.

The battle has just begun but my question is who got it wrong; the artiste or the presenter
