Peter Thomas in court for Assault?

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Peter Thomas may have gotten himself into some serious legal troubles. According to media outlets in Charlotte, he’s being accused of assault.

RHOA husband Peter Thomas has been accused of assaulting a man in his Sports One Bar in Charlotte. According to court documents obtained by WBTV, a criminal summons has been issued for simple assault against Peter. The police report states officers were called to the bar early Sunday around 1:25am. A 45-year-old man told police Peter assaulted him in the bar, however an off duty officer tells WBTV no assault occurred.

Monday a judge in Mecklenburg County reviewed the police report and issued Peter’s arrest on simple assault, but that summons has not been served, so Peter may be in the clear for now.
