1 Don Shatta Wale And Stonebwoy Finally Agree To A Collaborate On Dancehall Mixtape?

Dancehall lovers in Ghana and beyond have dreamed about any project concerning the two most powerful artistes in Ghana in terms of Dancehall.

When Dancehall is mentioned in Ghana, Livingstone Etse Satekla, better known by his stage name Stonebwoy, as a Ghanaian Afropop, dance hall and reggae singer comes to mind as well as Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jr aka Shatta Wale.

With Stonebwoy as the Chief Executive Officer of Burniton Music Group and the brand for By His Imperial Majesty (BHIM), his counterpart Shatta Wale also commands his dominance over the “SM4Lyf geng” and the defunct Militants. Recall that Stonebwoy won the Best International Act: Africa category at the 2015 BET Awards and Artist of the Year at the 2015 Ghana Music Awards with Shatta Wale also bagging home awards in the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).

The influence of these two combined can be a magical phenomenon worthy of studying in a whole faculty in terms of propelling music, branding definite trends and so forth. Having followed these champs for a while now, I personally cannot wait for them to have a roundtable discussion whereby they can have a collaboration to pour their hearts out. It will afford them the opportunity to see who is who; unlike how the Asaase Sound Clash organized by Asaase Radio failed to do so.
