He loves music and has a passion to develop talent to make it in the music industry. He is the Manager of popular Dancehall musician Rashid Metal. He believes in good music and creating good rhythms with heartwarming lyrics to impact people’s lives.
The head of management Benjamin Mensah is a Marketing degree holder form the university of professional studies Accra. He has had several working experience from working in reputable institutions such as Ditadang. He is also an artist who designs and makes bags, purse and other African customized fashion products.
Ben shater is married to beautiful Sharon Doudou blessed with a son: Ahyan Elorm. Ben comes from a music family has close relations in the music industry like Michael Parkerson, Lemarks and Lucinder.
