Actress, Chioma Akpotha Angrily Reacts To “Hidden” COVID-19 Palliatives Discovered

Veteran Nollywood actress, Chioma Akpotha has angrily condemned Nigerians who were in charge of the looted and hoarded food and stuff, that were meant for the palliative to save them amid the Covid 19 period, discovered at a warehouse in Monkey village, Mazamaza, Lagos.

The actress took to her Instagram page to share a video raining curse on the persons responsible for the hoarded foods meant to be shared to the poor masses as she argued in the caption that hunger kills faster that COVID-19.

According to her, with all the funds raised to purchase foodstuffs for the poor people in Nigeria, there were some Nigerians who were starved because they claimed there was no food but now their dirty tricks have been revealed.

Her statement reads:

”Still too shocked to articulate what my heart wants to say….

Months after funds were raised for palliatives for the people of Nigeria, we see this?!!!!

Why ?! Why are we our own destruction? Do we even care that people are HUNGRY and that hunger kills faster than COVID?

Will they now say that these videos have been doctored too?

Just look at the massive loot!

Our own people continue to spit on our faces, shoot at us, and watch us die!

The day of reckoning is HERE!”

Her reactions followed a circulated video that showed how some Nigerians hoard foods that were meant to be shared to prevent people from starving for their own selfish gains.
