AJ Nelson’s New Single-FAITH, Featuring Jay Ghartey

Full name Agyei Yaw Nelson, A.J.Nelson was born and raised in the Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana and Dormaa Ahenkro to be precise. Due his unique act and style which portray the fact that he represent the people of B/A, he has earned for himself the title of the official The King of B/A and is riding high with that.

A J Nelson is currently the only rapper who fuses the Bono language with Ashanti twi and was first introduced unto the music scene when the 44th president of the United States of America president Obama came to Ghana as he was part of local artistes who did a welcome song for him, the song featured prominently on world wide Television including the CNN.

He then proceeded to release his first single, “same girl” in September 2010 which featured Quabena Maphia. His second single titled “Pain” was subsequently released in 2011 and is set to release his third song before the end of 2011 titled “faith” which features Jay Ghartey.

A J Nelson released his full album it features heavyweights like Jay Ghartey, Quabena Maphia, Kesse, Kodi, Stone of Bradez fame, Nii Soul,LadyJaywah,Okyeame Kwame and Jay Smalls.

Platforms the B/A emcee has performed include the 4syte music video awards, high school entertainers awards as well as high school honors Awards. He has also been on the okyeame’s OK in ur zone tour and the Clinic album launch, the Ghana Fashion Awards and is on the bill to perform on the 25th December at the Rapperholic album launch at the Dome, conference center- Accra.

In Education, A J Nelson is presently studying a diploma in Web & Graphic design at IPMC Collage of technology in Accra.
