JJ Rawlings was recorded to have said NPP flag bearer Akufo-Addo is a short man during the 2008 general election – to which the late ex-president Atta Mill too office. The statement went viral since the NPP party sympathizers did not take it lightly. One would have thought JJ the show man would retract from such comment.
Speaking to NDC sympathizer, Mr Kublenu said “I can’t understand NPP at all, is it that the truth hurt?”
Over the weekend marked the repeat of the great statement when media men approached the ex-president at a durbar in a village close to Kukurantumi. When asked of his view on the coming election, “Ghanaian’s appreciate tall leaders” he said, giving his full endorsement to NDC re-election. He added, “NPP needs to fix their internal differences and appoint appropriate leader”.
Mr Kublenu who was struggling with NPP’s stand point had this to say “how could this tiny Kangaroo transform into an Elephant.
“In any case they should go back to the forest”
