American Rapper Acehood Unfollows Ghanaian Rapper Sarkodie On Instagram

Self-acclaimed Dancehall King Shatta Wale’s collaboration with Beyoncé seems to be bringing in more trolls. Fans have started comparing major international features (especially American based ones) Ghanaian artistes and other global artistes have had. For example, Stonebwoy’s own with Keri Hilson on the Anloga Junction album and others.

Antoine McColister, better known by his stage name Ace Hood, as an American rapper born in Port St. Lucie, Florida and raised in Deerfield Beach, Florida also did a song with GH rap King, Michael Owusu Addo aka Sarkodie.

Acehood who was initially signed to DJ Khaled’s label “We the Best Music Group” in 2008 has allegedly unfollowed Sarkodie on Instagram recently due to an unknown reason.

It is an open secret that one way to determine whether celebrities are cool or having issues with each other is to check if they follow each other on social media or otherwise.

For now, our checks on Instagram indicates that Acehood has unfollowed Sarkodie whilst the Tema based rapper still follows his America friend.

Social media users can attest to the fact that Sarkodie and Acehood in 2015 dropped a banger together dubbed “New Guy”. In the song’s lyrics, Sarkodie can be heard promising to build Acehood a statue in Ghana, a promise which is yet to be materialized.

At the moment, their ” New Guy” song has garnered over 1.7 million views on YouTube.
