Bass Awards Missing Dancehall Legend And King

Bass awards is the official  awards scheme that celebrates strictly Dance hall and Reggae music in Ghana. This awards scheme is organised by former manager if Shattawale Bulldog of Bullhaus entertainment. This awards scheme has been boycotted by both the most celebrated  names in dance hall in Ghana this Samini and Shattawale.

Samini has said that the awards scheme is not a credible awards scheme and won’t  be  associated with it in anyway.

Shattawale also declared  that he didn’t  want to be a part of it and not to see his name in any nominations or on their posters. He has threatened to sue them if any of his details appears  on their advertisement. Shattawale was part of Bass awards last year  but has disassociated himself this year.

Stonebwoy has not yet spoken on this topic on wet her he will be a part of the awards scheme or not. The question  is how will the event  be since two of the gaints in this industry are not a part of the event.
