Beef Alert: Stonebwoy Descends On Shatta Wale, Calls Him “Don Bortey”

It has become an open secret as to how the two Dancehall giants in Ghana, Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy ‘faked’ their unity just to get back into the Ghana Vodafone Music Award (VGMA) scheme after they were unjustly banned. And now that VGMA has decided to lift the ban, they’ve started beefing again!

Recall the right hand woman of Stonebwoy who is in the person of Ayisha Mordi aka ‘She Loves Stonebwoy’ descended heavily on Shatta Wale in the beginning of this month and that hullabaloo is still hanging around.

Well, there is a new beef in the pipeline as Stonebwoy who calls himself “1Gad” has rubbished Shatta Wale’s self-imposed title “1Don”. Earlier, Samini Dagaati had referred to himself as “1King” as a way of wading into the recent trend but he was shamefully ignored.

According to the post made by Stonebwoy, he sees his title as unique since there is only ‘one God” but several “Dons” such as Don Bortey
