Burna Boy Wins BET Twice In A Row Whilst Sark, Shatta & Stone Missed Nominations.



Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu Rex, known professionally as who is a Nigerian singer and songwriter and rose to prominence in 2012 after releasing “Like to Party”, the lead single from his debut studio album L.I.F.E. has made all the headlines after he accepted the award for Best International Act at the Awards 2020 in the comforts of his home.

The event turned out that way because of the travel restrictions due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

We hope our Ghanaian artistes will stop fighting over just and claiming to be Local Champions so that they can conquer some global awards like Nigerians do annually!

It’s quite disappointing that neither , , , or any Ghanaian artiste was even nominated in the BET.
