It could be recalled GES released a communique that 14,500 Newly Trained Teachers of the 2018 batch who have duly passed their College of Education (CoE) exams, licensing exams and have also completed the mandatory national service have been given their appointment letters.

After the above revelation, most people have bombarded the official Facebook page of GES with lots of tangible questions as to why others who have the same qualifications but completed CoE in 2016/17 were refused appointments.

Speaking to some popular Ghanaian media outlets, the concerned peeps expressed their frustrations and disappointments at the new development and questioned the rationale behind this move.

On the other side of the coin, some University graduates who have also satisfied all the above requirements are also planning of storming the GES headquarters to demand their posting since GES’ first letter indicated that all such graduates would be offered limited vacancies in the GES.
