Conor McGregor supports COVID-19 fight in Ireland with 1 million euros

Renowned Mixed martial megastar Conor Mcgregor has given out One Million Euros to buy Personal Protective Equipment(PPEs) in hospitals treating people who have contracted COVID-19 in his home country, Ireland.

The 31-year-old Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) star was reported to have communicated with the Republic of Ireland’s Minister for Finance, Paschal Donohoe, where he made his intention(s) known so as to help his people.

“Today I am purchasing myself one million euro worth of personal protective equipment to be deployed to all the fighting hospitals in the Leinster region. Our most affected region, to this date,” McGregor said.
