Coronavirus will be with us for a while – Health Minister reveals
Global Pandemic coronavirus has received the world’s utmost attention as every nation is trying to find its way out. While some are trying to find a cure or vaccine for it, others too believe that COVID-19 may not disappear overnight so w should devise a way to live with it.
Ghana’s Health Minister, Hon. Kwaku Agyeman Manu has opined that coronavirus could be here for some time. So we should not be expecting and be eager to return to our normal lives of social gathering soon.
He said we should try to limit the spread of the virus so that we get over it in Ghana and business would flourish once again.
He was speaking during Minister’s regular press briefing on measures undertaken to control coronavirus in Ghana.
“We should begin to accept the fact that the disease will be here for a while, but we should try to reduce the rate at which we’re spreading and getting infected” he said.
