CORONAVIUS: Two people in Korle Teaching Hospital.

The Greater Accra Divisional Secretary of the Ghana Medical Association, Dr Winifred Baah has  revealed that two foreign nationals, a Chinese and an Argentine have reported at the Korlebu Teaching Hospital over symptoms suspected to be coronavirus.

He said the Chinese has been in the Country since September 2019 and the Argentine just came last month from Shanghai in China.

He said blood samples have been taken to the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research (NMIMR),located at the University of Ghana Campus  for further analysis.

“They’ve all developed some symptoms that fit the case definition [but] it doesn’t mean they have the disease,” he noted.
