(COVID-19): Did Ghanaians pray for Coronavirus
Could this be better described as a blessing in disguise? or is it what entrepreneurs call “fortune in every misfortune”?
The attitude of some Ghanaian business owners and petty traders makes one wonders if they fasted and prayed for the coronavirus to get to the country so that they can harvest their cocoa.
Some Ghanaians have cried out over the abnormal increase in the prices of hand sanitizers within the past few days.

The businessmen have taken full advantage of the disease outbreak and are extorting money from the ordinary Ghanaian who wants a hand sanitizer to improve upon his or her hygiene.
Now the smallest size of a hand sanitizer sells for at least GHC12, which was previously sold for GHC3.
With a country that has a higher poverty rate, it has become extremely difficult for people to get themselves these basic things for safety precaution.
This is pure thievery and sheer wickedness.
With this mentality, it would take us a long time to develop.
