COVID-19: DONALD TRUMP DECLARES NATIONAL PRAYER DAY FOR AMERICA.
The President of the United States of America, Donald Trump Junior, has declared Sunday, 15th March 2020 as a National Prayer Day.
The President who is very well known for being ardent social media user made the declaration through his social media handles.
“It is my great honor to declare Sunday, March 15th as a National Day of Prayer. We are a Country that, throughout our history, have looked to God for protection and strength in times like these. No matter where you may be, I encourage you to turn towards prayer in an act of faith. Together, we will easily PREVAIL!”, he wrote.
Despite the USA being a leading advocate for things that are afront to the cultures of Africa like Homosexuality and the likes, it is important to note that, their nation was built on the foundation of the word of God.
Their motto, for instance, is “In God We Trust”, this could probably be the basis for the declaration made by the president.
