COVID-19: Free Locally Manufactured Face Masks Launched

Efforts are being doubled to ascertain the surest end to Coronavirus worldwide. Every individual is trying his or her best to join the fight against this invisible enemy.

Stop Corona Virus Ghana has partnered with Jeanie JQ to manufacture and distribute free locally made masks.

Some people just cant afford a mask . The masks will be distributed in various areas in Accra. Distribution channels would be mapped out and communicated to the general public in the coming days. These are homemade non-medical masks. It is believed that any mask is better than no mask. It only serves as a barrier. This is same as the principle of sneeze or cough into a handkerchief. You just have to wash it with disinfectant after every use and iron with hot iron.
