EC/ Jean Mensa slapped with third time legal case over new voters’ register compilation

The run-up to the December 2020 Election has been very hot since there are a lot of ups and downs from all political divides. As of now, Ghana’s Electoral Commission has for the third time been sued at an Accra High Court for its attempt to compile a new voters register.

The new legal action is from the Ashaiman Member of Parliament, Ernest Nogbey who is praying the High court to rule that the EC does not have the mandate to compile a new register.
