The Togolese handed the keys of a 2017 Dodge Challenger to his friend Agui
– The car is valued at approximately Ksh 3.7million
Togo striker Emmanuel Adebayor has proven himself to be a rather good father Christmas.
The Istanbul Basaksehir striker has just bought his friend a 2017 Dodge Challenger which is valued at Ksh 3.7million.
Adebayor revealed in a lenghty post on Facebook how his friend Agui who he called ‘a brother from another mother’ had been by his side from day one.
Recently, Adebayor also bought himself a Range Rover Evoque HSE Dynamic – 2.0 Litre SI4 Petrol Automatic (240Hp) (4WD) valued at £56,900.00 (Ksh8M) as a Christmas gift.
Writing on Facebook the former African Footballer of the year said: “SEA, as we getting into the Christmas season, I want to take some time to appreciate a great friend… a great brother.
“Agui you stood by me since day 1, we have been through a lot together. You are a brother from another mother. It’s a magical Christmas time. Brother, I would like to introduce you to your new ride.
“I know how much you love this car and it is now yours. Enjoy it to the fullest. And when you drive always remember: “It takes two men to make one brother”. Merry Christmas!”
You would recall that Adebayor is not on talking terms with his biological brother. The Togolese has rejected apologies from his family members who have tried to make peace with him.
Born on February 26, 1984, Adebayor has played for clubs like Real Madrid, AS Monaco, Arsenal, Manchester City, Tottenham, and Crystal Palace.
