Fire Destroys Parts Of Accra Again As Many Properties Are Burnt
Information going round indicates that there has been a fire outbreak at a part of Accra, resulting in many people becoming homeless.
Slum-dwellers at Opeibea, a suburb of the Greater Accra Region of Ghana, have been rendered homeless after a ravaging fire destroyed their makeshift structures on Sunday.
Devoted personnel from the Ghana National Fire Service were phone to come to their aid. The fire peeps were able to calm down the combustion to prevent it from spreading to other buildings around.
Several properties worth thousands of Ghana cedis have been totally destroyed by the Sunday fire.
The Ghana National Fire Service has commenced an investigation into the exact cause of the fire. More soon…
