A con artist, ‘Dr’. Owusu Fordjour has been giving awards to some top Ghanaian personalities. What has made Ghanaians shocked is the caliber of people involved. Some top media personnel and University professors who have the capacity to do background searches all fell for the scam.
There is a rumor that has gone unrefuted that, all the award recipients paid GHC1000.00 to qualify.
