Funny Face moves on after divorce

On July 13, news of comedian Funny Face’s divorce hit social media, much to the shock of many.

The popular actor and radio presenter had taken to his Instagram page to confirm rumors about his marriage of less than two years hitting the rocks:

“I guess you cannot light a candle and hide it under your bed … people will see the light. It has been 7 months ago… all I have to say is “I TRIED, IT JUST DIDN’T WORK.”

Funny Face seems to have picked himself up from the setback, and appears ready to forge ahead.

Yesterday 14th July, he encouraged fans, via his social media timelines:

“Never blame any day in your life. Good days give you happiness, bad days give you experience. Worst days give you a lesson. There’s no day without a night, there’s no victory without a fight, there’s no happiness without some pain! We can’t change the past but we can influence the future. Remember, happiness is a journey not a destination! Be happy and thankful for today. Good morning.”

Born Benson Ohene Oduro Boateng, the Cow and Chicken star tied the knot with Elizabeth Nana Adjoa Ntim in a private event back in November 2014. And while details about what accounted for his filing for divorce, reports indicate that it is due to infidelity allegations.
