Funny Face Premieres Castro’s Song

Ghanaian comedian Funny face has premiered a song by Castro which he featured on. Funny face was featured on the song along with a female Vocalist. He was on AMpluzz to premier the song on behalf of his friend. The song is entitled “akatapore” Funny face explained that he did a song which he featured Castro and 2 days later Castro also did a song and featured him. He also said that his friendship with Castro is so strong that when they do music together regardless of the owner of the song anyone of them could release it. He has premiered the song since Castro is not around and because of their previous agreement. Funny face is a comedian and most people don’t take his music seriously but as a comic relief. In previous years he has released songs about animals and even Range Rover given to him by Ade Bayor.
He was asked why his two previous songs were not selected for the Vodafone Ghana Music awards since he did great collaborations with Bisa K Dei and Castro. He answered that he didn’t know and he also didn’t pick up nomination forms. George Quaye of Chatter house was interviewed why Funny Face songs were not nominated for three VGMA. He answered that the songs were good but had very little airplay and also had no videos to support it which counts a lot for nomination. Funny face agreed with him but he is ready to push the current song he premiered to get a nomination next year.
