Celebrated Hiplife artiste, Odartei Milla Lamptey, known in showbiz as Gasmilla would be performing live at the 2015 edition of the Wesley Grammar School (Wes G) homecoming event coming off this weekend.
The ‘Telemo’ hit-maker who is an old student of the Dansoman-based school would be featuring live at the entertainment edition of the much anticipated homecoming event.
Several other artistes would also be in the school which is on the same campus with the Methodist University College to entertain the students as part of the event which is aimed at motivating the current students to aspire to achieve greater feat in life.
Students of the school expressed their readiness to welcome the artiste who is now a house-hold name back to the campus which trained nurtured him.
The event would be live on the evening of the Saturday, 31st October, 2015 at the school’s Assembly Hall.
Students would also do various choreographies and engage in dancing competitions to be judged by several renowned old students including Gasmilla.
Other special activities to be organized at the event include Inter Houses Science and Maths Quiz, Blood donation exercise, fun games among others.
A team from the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) would also be at the venue to educate students and old students alike on the need to paying the TV License.
The three-day event would end with a church service at the school’s Assembly Hall on the morning of Sunday, 1st November, 2015.
President of the Wesley Grammar Old Students Association (WESGOSA), Alex Konadu told media men that he is expecting all alumni of the school to partake in the event and help build a formidable Alma Matter.
