GhanaMusic All Stars Pay Tribute To President J.E.A.Mills In Song-Yedi Awereho

As the Republic of Ghana mourns her fallen president  Prof. John Evans Atta Mills,affectionately called Uncle Attah,Ghana’s finest singers and musicians from all genres of Ghanaian music came together to pay tribute through music, in this touching song called Yedi Awereho (We are In Sorrow-literal translation).

Featured in the tribute song are the president of MUSIGA,Obuor and his members, namely;Amakye Dede,Samini,Akosua Agyapong,Rex Omar,Kojo Antwi,Okyeame Kwame,DSP. Kofi Sarpong and Nacy among others.

The song takes you through memory lane with lyrics highlighting the President’s life and character,his affable  and peaceful nature,his goofs which brought many laughter, through his sudden illness until the icy hands of death snatched him from his beloved nation,Ghana.
