Ghana Police Service Launch Operation “Arrive Alive”

The Motor Transport and Traffic Department (MTTD) of the Ghana Police Service in conjunction with the National Road Safety Authority (NRSA) has duly organized a two-day capacity building for Police Officers at the MTTD on road safety enforcement strategies under the theme “ARRIVE ALIVE”.

The seminar was opened at Kumasi on the 17th August 2020 and participating officers have expressed their utmost joy in whatever they have learnt so far.

What is “arrive alive” all about?

“ARRIVE ALIVE” is a nationwide road safety campaign that aims at using enforcement and education to change road users’ behavior and advocacy to reduce laxity among policy makers and implementers.
