Ghana records over 100 new infections as COVID-19 cases surge to 6,964

According to new records, Ghana’s Coronavirus cases have increased from 6,808 to 6,964 after 156 new cases were recorded.

During a press briefing, the Director-General of the Ghana Health Service, Dr. Patrick Aboagye announced the new cases were identified in 5 out of the 16 regions in the country.

As of now, only 2 regions out of the 16 regions in Ghana are Coronavirus free.

North East Region – 2

Savannah Region – 1

Bono Region – 1

Ahafo Region – 0
