Ghanaians Must Report Those Engaged In Misuse Of Public Funds – Kwame A Plus
Musician, TV/Radio personality and the convener for The People’s Project (TPP), Mr Kwame Obeng Asare aka Kwame A-Plus has educates his followers on the need to be vigilant as citizens because of the provisions of the 1992 Constitution.

A-Plus made his case by quoting part of the 1992 Constitution of the Republic of Ghana. Check below;
***Article 41 of the 1992 constitution
The exercise and enjoyment of rights and freedoms is inseparable from the performance of duties and obligations, and accordingly, it shall be the duty of every citizen –
(a) to promote the prestige and good name of Ghana and respect the symbols of the nation;
(b) to uphold and defend this Constitution and the law;
(c) to foster national unity and live in harmony with others;
(d) to respect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of others, and generally to refrain from doing acts detrimental to the welfare of other persons;
(e) to work conscientiously in his lawfully chosen occupation;
(f) to protect and preserve public property and expose and combat misuse and waste of public funds and property.
It is the duty of every citizen to EXPOSE AND COMBAT MISUSE AND WASTE OF PUBLIC FUNDS AND PROPERTY.***
Kwame A-Plus has been vocal this year because of the elections ahead and he’s part of those rooting for a third concrete force instead of primarily relying on only the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) – who according to him have failed the country for 28 years now since the inception of the Fourth (4th) Republic.
