Gifty Anti, Amanda Jisseh, Naa Ashokor, Khareema,Others To Lead “Walk for Girl In Need” On July 18

GDA concepts producers of the Stand Point show are embarking on the Girl In need walk; the walk will take place at the EL-Wak Sports Stadium 6am prompt this Saturday July 18th.

In talking about the walk, ace broadcaster Gifty Anti who is the host of The Stand Point show and CEO of GDA concpets explained that this walk is to raise awareness for the Girl in Need foundation and also celebrate its logenvity as a foundation.

She added that the Stand Point as a TV show is seven years old and as part of the celebration alot of activities are ongoing.
This walk forms part of the success story the show just as how the women in worship programme held last weekend also gathered men and women of faith to stand in worship, she mentioned.

The President and Founder of Girls In Need Foundation Gifty Anti opined that her passion is to see that women and children especially young girls have a better stand point in life, something that influenced her direction in the first place.

According to Gifty Anti there will be fun games such as football both male & Women, oware, Ludu, ampe, lime and spoon, sack race, tage of peace, apple eating competition, musical chairs and more after the Walk.

for those who love to cook, there will be cooking competition and, to make it more excitiing and competitive there will be prizes for winners, she added.

Some of the celebrities who are expected to be there include Kafui Dey, Naa Ashokor, Black Boy, Amanda Jisseh, Berla Mundy, Counsellor Lutterodt, Khareema Aguiar, Kwabena Marfo, Socrates Safo, Nana Ansah Kwao IV among others.

The GDA concepts Girl in Need walk is to alsoi encourage people to take the first step to support the foundation which is taking care of girls in need in our societies.
