Ghanaian gospel singer, Esther Nyamekye has disclosed that gospel artistes of today are more concerned with money and women than in promoting the word of God through music. She made this declaration during an interview on Happy Fm, a local radio station in Ghana. This is what she said during the interview,
“It’s now things of the flesh. People want to be seen instead of promoting the gospel through the music, they are are promoting themselves for the money. The men are now womanizers and the women promiscuous. I call it the three G’s. Gold, Glory and Girls. That’s all the music is about these days.”
