Hollywood Actor Boris kudjoe questions why no one is marching for 2,000 murdered Nigerians

imagesFilm actor, Boris Kodjoe has criticized the world leaders who attended the unity march organized in France over the deaths of 17 people who were killed last week for ignoring 2000 deaths that occurred in Nigeria.

About 40 world leaders on Sunday joined over 1.5 million Paris to protest the killing of 17 victims who died during three days of deadly attack on satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo, police officers, and a supermarket.

The deadly attack has been widely condemned.

In a twist of event, according to the Amnesty International, over 2,000 civilians in Nigeria were killed in a recent attack by militant group, Boko Haram.

Reports indicate that the militant group sprayed bullets as they stormed  Nigerians Baga town with trucks and armored vehicles and razed the town to the ground.

Though Boris  Kodjoe congratulated the world leaders for taking part in the Paris march, he asked “can somebody tell me why nobody is marching for those [Nigerian] victims? Any world leaders planning a trip to Lagos or Abuja this week? Too Busy? Bad flight connections?”

“Maybe it’s just me but did anyone else hear about Nigeria? 2000 civilians including women and children were massacred by terrorists this week,” Boris Kodjoe posted on his Facebook wall.

Nigerians have also taken to social media to express their outrage about the deaths in Baga.
