How Do You Enjoy Fried Noodles?

noodlesHello lovely readers, it’s a pleasure to welcome you to Lorangy’s Cuisine. Today, our lunch is noodle fries, a common but extraordinary meal.

Recipe for noodle fries
Ingredients
1. A 120 grams pack of noodles (Indomie or Vits.)
2. 3 fingers of sausage
3. 2 eggs
4. Half piece of green pepper
5. 1/8 spoon of powdered pepper
6. 1/6 size of cabbage
7. 2 fingers of carrot
8. 1 bulb of onion
Method
1. Drop the noodles in 400ml of boiling water
2. Add seasoning to the boiling noodles and stir and leave for about 3 minutes
3. Drain the water from the noodles in a colander.
4. Cut and fry the sausages in a tablespoon of oil.
5. Cut vegetables and toss in pan with a teaspoonful of oil (sunflower or vegetable)
6. Break the eggs, whisk them, and add a pinch of salt.
7. Add the whisked egg to the tossed vegetables and then stir fry.
8. After, add the drained noodles to the mixture and stir till the vegetables are evenly distributed.
9. Add the 1/8 spoon of pepper to the mixture. (More or less can be used per your preference)
10. Serve the noodles after the mixture is even.
It is best served hot.
So readers, there you have it. Remember it’s all about our health so it is advisable to have a lot of vegetables in our meal. As much as possible, try to use the sunflower oil, or any oil with less cholesterol.
