So you woke up in the morning and found an email from Adsense about your payment information. The email will usually be captioned as “VERIFY YOUR BANK ACCOUNT” or “PRIMARY PAYMENT METHOD CHANGED”.
Any action taken on your Adsense Account without your consent should be reviewed carefully and taken seriously, since a hacker may be busy performing changes on your Adsense Account. Note that, by the time you receive such an email; the hijacker has already gotten hold of your password and has blocked you from accessing the account.
How Do They Takeover Adsense Account?
Google account allows users to add alternative email addresses on an existing account and granting them security access to certain features. Typically Google Analytics, Google Console and Google Adsense are Apps that may usually need account managers to assist users in their specific needs. The security rights could range from limited to unlimited where an added account may have total control and could delete or kick the original account owner from the App. When a hacker gets login access to your gmail account, they quickly add themselves to your Adsense account as an alternative and then grant it unlimited rights. He then uses that opportunity to delete your email from Adsense.

Take This Action To Recover Your Account
There are two options available to recovery; working through Adsense Support or through Youtube Adsense Support. Select the relevant form to fill and a ticket will be generated for a specialist to attend to you.
It is likely that you have tried different options to get Adsense support but with limited luck. Simply do this.
1. Submit a short note on twitter and hashtag @teamyoutube. A member of YouTube will contact you with instructions to get you back up.
2. @teamyoutube will request for a direct email address.
3. You will be required to complete this form; be sure the form has a column for Publisher ID else you may experience submission problems. Please keep corresponding with them till you have the right form and can successfully submit the completed form.
4. A specialist will contact you after submitting the form.
5. Typically takes 3 days to recover the account, but may differ per case by case.
Working directly with Adsense Support may take longer than usual. I will suggest working with the YouTube team for a fast service.
