Hundred known and wannabe actors stormed Ability Square

Kofas Media, producers of “Amakye & Dede” and “Kalybos In China” movies had a tough time after over hundred known and wannabe actors stormed Ability Square at Adjriganor in Accra on Saturday, June 4, when the production house organised an audition to find new faces for their next movies.

The judges, Kofi Asamoah, boss of Kofas Media, actor Kobi Rana, renowned movie director, Yao Bonaventure and Production Manager and Casting Director for Kofas Media, Nabil Meizongo, had to politely walk some people out as they were known to be in the limelight.

The judges explained to Zionfelix.com that these individuals have featured in other films but the audition was held to unearth new talents.

According to them, the “marking scheme” for the audition would have been raised should they have allowed them to partake in the event which would have negatively affected the newbies.

They later promised to contact the actors they prevented from auditioning on the day since their services are needed.
