Hustle Because No Promise Is Stronger Than Money – Saddick Obama On Asamoah Gyan’s Move To Legon Cities
The seasoned sports presenter at Angel 102.9 FM under the Angel Broadcasting Network, Saddick Adams aka Sport Obama or Saddick Obama has taken to his Facebook page to explain how Asamoah Gyan ditched Kumasi Asante Kotoko for Legon Cities after consistently promising to sign with Kototo.

Saddick Obama wrote;
SHORT STORY
July 2016: I will end my career at Asante Kotoko. If there’s any club I’ll play for in Ghana, it is only Asante Kotoko. Everyone knows.
January 2017: “I have said it over, over and over again, I am going to play for Kotoko definitely. “It’s official and confirmed people know and I always say it. “I am going to play for Kumasi Asante Kotoko before I retire”
December 2017: I have always said I will play for Kotoko before I retire, even if it is just a game, I have been a Kotoko fan since i was young and my dad too is a strong Kotoko fan.”
October 2018: I am a big fan of Kotoko, I have been supporting this team since day one,” the 33-year old said.
“It is a great honor to be part of, let me say this before I will draw the curtains down on my career I will wear the red jersey,” .
May 2019: “Everybody knows I’m a Kotoko fan.
“I will fulfil my promise of playing for Kotoko when I return to Ghana to finish my career, but will be Kotoko,….. ASAMOAH GYAN.
NOVEMBER: 2020: “OFFICIAL: I’m back home to continue my career with Legon Cities. I’m happy to join this club because they have a future plan for Ghana football”- Also ASAMOAH GYAN
