“I am working on my salvation”- Obrafour

imagesGhanaian Hiplife musician, Obrafour, best described as the Rap Sofo, has indicated that he has come to a point in his life that working out his salvation is more important to him than anything else.

“I would want to work on my salvation, because nobody knows what will or might happen. I didn’t say I was going to do gospel music with my might but if God ordains me, I will work on it but I am just working on myself,” he said.

According to the Rap Sofo, “Even with his just released song, ‘Odasani’ which features Manifest, the gospel has always been in my music. I always ask myself how I come about with these pieces because I don’t have the slightest idea how these ideas rush into my head. But writing is divine. “

Appearing on the Late Nite Celebrity Show on E-TV with Lydia Forson, Obrafour recounted some Bible studies he has done on the book of Revelations in his church which has convinced him that there will be a second coming of Christ.

He said his dreadlocks is just for identity and has no bearing on his deep Christian faith, “I’m still doing music and it has no religious influence, I did this for identity sake to be recognized anywhere so I make my mark. This will be the hair style I will spot as long as I’m doing music.”

Lydia Forson, who recently premiered her movie, ‘A Letter from Adam’ was full of praise for the media and other celebrities for the massive support. “I was truly surprised at the premiere by the turnout,” she said.

The show which airs at 9.30pm on E-TV Ghana, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays has Giovanni as host with Vanessa Gyan providing celebrity trends.
