I didn’t mean to offend anybody with my ‘Papa no’ comment – remorseful Kojo Oppong Nkrumah apologizes
The Member of Parliament for Ofoase-Ayirebi Constituency in the name of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah who doubles as the Information Minister has rendered an unqualified apology to his colleagues from the other side of the August House — National Democratic Congress (NDC) MPs.

Readers can recall that the Minority Leader, Hon. Haruna Idrissu and his cohorts became enraged after the Minister used “Papa No” on the floor of Parliament in a discussion. Hon. Haruna Idrissu demanded an instant apology and retraction from what he saw as a deliberate attempt to besmirch the pedigree of the Minority.
The term “Papa No” became popularized after the trio — Tracey Boakye, Mzbel and Evangelist Gloria Kani used it repeatedly in a social media ‘war’ to refer to a sugar daddy they were all shamelessly ‘sharing’ together with the man’s legally wedded wife.
