I Envisaged Talent Instead Of Abuse – Blogger On Videoed “Mummy, Calm Down” Child.

A Nigerian blogger who goes by the name Nkechi Abengi has added one unique voice from a different perspective away from those accusing a mother of humiliating her child in a viral video.

The blogger rather saw a unique speech prowess instead of abuse.

Read the full statement below;
“Do you know that video of the child saying “Mummy, calm down”? I see ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG with it.
The child did something wrong.
He knew he shouldn’t have done it.
His mother was cautioning him and he was trying to plead his way out. This is NORMAL.
If my child does something wrong, I’d caution or even threaten to deprive them of something they enjoy.
There is a line between discipline and abuse. That line was NOT crossed.
There is absolutely no evidence of abuse in that video.
The child looks scared?
Yes! It is ABSOLUTELY NORMAL for a child who has done something wrong to be scared of consequences.
People who do wrong FEAR consequences. This is NORMAL.
Some people are saying that if it were abroad, this and that would happen to the parents. This is A BIG LIE! You must be talking of the abroad you made up in your head.
In the abroad (most countries), the government/state doesn’t intervene and they don’t just take your child because you are trying to discipline them or caution them for doing wrong. They look out for EVIDENCE OF ABUSE. There was no evidence of abuse in that video.
The child was doing what every intelligent person who has done something wrong would do. He was negotiating his way out of the consequences of his wrongs. That’s what some of you pay defense lawyers to do for you.
In that video, I saw an INTELLIGENT BOY who would make an excellent defense lawyer, a great mediator and a great negotiator.
If his talent is groomed, he would be in the leagues of Viola Davies. He would be the type of lawyer to help you get away with murder.
I see TALENT!”.

The good news is that the boy has been tabled for an ambassadorial position because of his brilliance in convincing his mum.

What do you make of this?
