I have listeners not fans, fan bases haven’t helped our industry – Kuami Eugene
The “RockStar” Kuami Eugenein his bid of fighting fan bases in Ghana has stated that, he have only listeners but not a fan base.
Speaking on HitzFm’s DaybreakHitz with Andy Dosty, the “Obia To” singer has confidently stated that, he have good Ghanaian Listeners who enjoy listening to his songs but not a fan base.

“I do not have fans. I have listeners. I have good Ghanaian listeners. I do not believe in forming a fanbase”
Making his assert very clear, Eugene said he does not find interest in forming a fan base.
In his recent interviews, the famous “Angela” singer made known how fan bases are destroying the Ghanaian music industry.

He made known that, one cannot mount a concert and record a massive attendance if you do not have the favorite artiste of various concert goers on bill.
“Fan bases have make it very difficult to mount shows in Ghana. People won’t attend your show if you do not have their favorite artiste on bill. Its not that in Nigeria and you won’t hear of wizkid movement or Davido Nation. They support each other equally.” Fan bases in Ghana is useless.” – he had registered in a recent interview.
